The Department of Sociology of the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Macau, invites applications for the position of Associate/Assistant Professor in Sociology/Anthropology. The department offers Bachelor, Master, and PhD programmes in Sociology and Criminology, and there is a productive and diverse faculty drawn from many parts of the world, including the United States, Canada, Netherlands, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macao. We have a strong research portfolio focusing on migration, demography, political sociology, child and adolescent development, comparative criminology, policing, substance abuse, juvenile delinquency, intimate partner violence, and qualitative & quantitative research methods.
